Replacement filter packs are available directly through Santé for Health and can be purchased through our website.

Filter lifespan varies depending on household size, water quality, and usage patterns, though most homes replace filters approximately every six months.

For homeowners using the smart app ecosystem, the system monitors filter lifespan and provides alerts when remaining filter capacity reaches 25%, allowing time to prepare for replacement.
