Introducing Our New PFAS Filters — Powerful Protection from “Forever Chemicals”

What are PFAS?

PFAS (Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances), often called “forever chemicals,” are increasingly being found in drinking water across the U.S. and worldwide. These persistent contaminants have been linked to a range of health risks including hormone disruption, immune system suppression, developmental issues, and certain cancers.

At Santé for Health, we’re committed to helping you protect your water—and your family. Our new PFAS-specific filters are designed to target and reduce these harmful chemicals effectively, providing you with peace of mind and cleaner, safer water at home.

Why PFAS Are a Concern:

  • Found in nonstick cookware, water-resistant fabrics, firefighting foam & more

  • Highly resistant to breakdown in the environment or human body

  • Linked to serious health issues including thyroid disease, liver damage, and cancer

  • EPA regulations are tightening—but most municipal systems are not yet equipped to remove PFAS

Our PFAS Filter Technology:

Santé’s new PFAs filters use a specialized filtration media blend proven to reduce:

  • PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid)

  • PFOS (Perfluorooctane sulfonate)

  • GenX and other short-chain PFAS compounds

  • Industrial and synthetic toxins often found alongside PFAS

These filters are ideal for both under-sink and whole-home systems and can be customized based on your local water quality report.

Who Needs a PFAS Filter?

If your home relies on city water, lives near industrial areas, airports, or military bases—or if your local water report mentions “PFAS,” “PFOA,” “PFOS,” or “GenX”—a PFAS filter is highly recommended.

Are PFAS prevalent in well water as well?

Absolutely. PFAS in well water can come from nearby industrial sites, airports, or landfills. Testing is especially important if you rely on a private well, since municipal testing may not cover your location.

How do I remove PFAS from my water?

PFAs removal from water typically involves filtration with strong base anion resin or activated carbon designed for PFAS capture. Other methods like reverse osmosis (RO) can also help, but specialized PFAS filters tend to be more effective for targeted removal.
