What’s in your water?

Start by figuring out if you have city or well water. Think about what you're trying to solve — chlorine smell, hard water, rust, sediment, PFAS, bad taste? If you’ve had your water tested, great — if not, no worries. Reach out to us and we’ll help you find the right filter for your needs.

Filters can remove or reduce:
Chlorine & Chloramine, Lead, Mercury, Iron, Nickel, Chromium, Hydrogen Sulfide, Sediment, VOCs, THMs, Benzene, Chloroform, Carbon Tetrachloride, PFAS/PFOA, and more.

What do your shower filters remove?

We use carefully selected blends of KDF, catalytic carbon, and coconut shell carbon. Combining different media types increases overall effectiveness. Some models feature USA-made media, like our Dual Ultimate filter. Let us help you choose the right one!

Worried about PFAS?

We offer PFAS-reducing under sink, countertop, and whole house systems — and our Ultimate Dual Shower Filter with PFAS protection is coming soon! Look for "PFAS" in product titles or contact us for guidance.

What is TDS, and how do I treat or test it?

TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) measures dissolved minerals, salts, and metals. TDS meters do not reflect overall water quality or safety. Most filters (except RO) won't change TDS readings. TDS meters are useful only for checking Reverse Osmosis system performance, and they aren’t effective at measuring shower filter results.

How often should I change my filters?

Most filters need to be replaced every 6 to 12 months depending on water quality and usage. We’ll remind you when it’s time, and you can always contact us if you're unsure.

Is installing your filters easy?

Shower filters are easy to install. Countertop, under sink, and whole house systems may require a plumber or handyman. We offer helpful install videos and guides. Please note we aren’t responsible for installation.

Are your filters made in the USA?

All filters are assembled in the USA. Many housings and most media are USA-made, sourced from two of the top domestic suppliers. We always try to use USA materials when possible, and this info is listed on product pages when available.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship anywhere USPS or UPS delivers. Shopify may not calculate duties, taxes, or exact shipping costs. Feel free to contact us for help with international orders.

What’s your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened filters within 30 days. Due to health and safety standards, used or installed filters cannot be returned. See our return policy for full details.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

Yes! We work with salons, spas, wellness centers, clinics, and retailers across the country.
