Return Window
You have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item for store credit toward future purchases. Please note: We do not offer refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- We cannot accept returns for showerheads, shower filters, or any product that uses a filter once water has passed through it.
- Returns are not accepted for special order items.
- Defective items may be exchanged for the same product.
- Returns must include all original packaging and meet resalable standards. • We do not issue credit for merchandise left unattended by carriers like USPS unless you opt for a “Signature Required” service, available at a $5 fee.
- All packages are shipped with a tracking number.
How to Return Your Item
Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number by emailing customerservice@santeforhealth.com or calling us at 503-657-6233. You will be provided with a return address.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable.
- If we provide a return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your store credit.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Return Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status. If the return is approved, we will issue store credit or send a replacement. Please note, we do not issue refunds to credit cards or PayPal accounts.
Shipping Costs
We do not refund shipping costs, including cases where items were shipped with free freight.
Installation Policy
Sante For Health is not responsible for the installation or improper installation of any product. Most of our products come with instructions, which are also available on our website or the manufacturer’s website. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
Some items, such as whole-house filters, may require professional installation. Please ensure you have the necessary tools and assistance before starting any installation.
