If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns - Please Note: Due to COVID we are unable to take returns at this time. Our warranty is still in effect and we are here to assist with any issues you may have with defective merchandise.
You have 10 calendar days in, which you may return an item from the date you received it for credit on a future purchase. We DO NOT give refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and be in resalable condition. We will not and cannot accept returns on used showerheads, shower filters or any product that uses a filter. If water passes through your product we cannot take it back. If your product is defective we will exchange it for you. We cannot accept returns on special order items.
Credit will not be given for any merchandise that is left at the front door by USPS or any other carrier. A “Signature Required” must be requested at the time of purchase at a fee of $5.00.
Every package comes with a tracking number.
In order to expedite your return please contact santé for health for a RA# either at email@example.com or 503-657-6233. Please return the merchandise, unused in it’s original packaging to the address you will be provided. Sánte does not pay for return postage. If a label is issued the cost will be deducted from your return.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. All refunds will have a restocking fee of 15%.
We do not refund the cost of freight and when purchasing an item that comes with free freight we will not refund the free freight amount should a return be approved.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit to your account or send you a replacement. We will not issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal account.
We cannot be responsible for the installation or improper installation of any product purchased from us. All of our products require some installation and most are very easy. We provide directions with most units or directions are available on our website or the manufactures website. You can call us at anytime to locate directions for your purchase. Some items will require a plumber or someone with knowledge of plumbing for installations. Everyone’s plumbing is different.
Screwing a shower head on a pipe is much different from installing a whole house filter system so be sure you have the necessary help and tools before starting your installation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
