The Quick Version

  • No refunds, only store-credit or replacement parts.
  • 30-day window from the day your package says “delivered.”
  • Once water runs through it, it’s yours for life (unless there’s a factory defect).
  • We do NOT install things—twice on Sundays.
  • Exchanges are welcome if you didn’t select the best product for your needs—just reach out and we’ll help guide you to the right fit.

Why 30 days? Because we want you to open the box, check fit, and ask questions before it becomes a plumbing project.

Need a little more time because you're remodeling, waiting on a handyman, or still picking tile? Just shoot us a note—we're reasonable humans, not robots. As long as the item stays dry and unopened, we’re happy to work with you.

Installation? That’s on You.

We build filters. We do not install them. Need help? Phone a plumber, hire a handyman, or bribe your tool-savvy cousin with pizza. Just please don’t blame us when the wrench slips. (We’ll say it again: Sante For Health is not responsible for installation.)

Still stuck? Call us! We’ll happily FaceTime, review your photos, or text back and forth to help troubleshoot or guide install prep—before or after delivery.

What Can Be Returned?

✔️ Unused, bone-dry, original packaging. Must look sellable—no wrench marks, no water, no kidding.
✔️ Manufacturer defect. We’ll replace the faulty part/product after review.

❌ Special-order items.
Custom stays custom.
❌ Anything that’s been wet.
❌ Health regs & hygiene say no returns once water’s flowed through.

How to Start a Return (Store-Credit or Exchange Only)

  • Email customerservice@santeforhealth.com or call (480) 747-0000 within 15 days to get your Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack it carefully with all original parts, manuals, and materials.
  • Ship it back—return shipping is your responsibility. (If we provide a label, the cost is deducted from your credit.)
  • Allow 5–7 business days after arrival for inspection. If approved, store credit will be issued (less restocking & shipping). We’ll replace any verified defect at no cost to you.

Shipping, Restocking & Parcel Lockers

  • Return shipping & original shipping are non-refundable.
  • All accepted returns incur a 15% restocking fee—we check every piece by hand.
  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but left unattended (including Parcel Lockers or USPS community boxes) are considered customer responsibility. We recommend selecting Signature Required ($5 option at checkout) for secure delivery.
  • If your carrier requires pickup from a parcel locker or post office, please retrieve it promptly—delays or unclaimed packages are not covered under our policy.

Whole-House & “Big Iron” Systems

Big systems need big muscles and often a professional install. Please ensure you have help and proper tools lined up before unboxing. We cannot accept returns for units that have been installed, partially installed, or water-tested.
