Its three-stage filtration platform is designed to capture sediment, address priority contaminants based on your water profile, and provide a final stage focused on PFOS reduction before water moves through your home’s plumbing.

What makes this system different is that it is not built around a static media blend. Instead, it is designed to work with targeted refill packs selected around major water concerns such as lead, chlorine, chloramines, VOCs, heavy metals, and PFAS-related concerns. Three-Stage Filtration

Every system uses a layered three-stage design:

Stage 1 — Sediment Protection
Captures sediment and particulate matter before it reaches the primary filtration media, helping protect system performance and reduce premature clogging.

Stage 2 — Targeted Filtration
The middle stage changes based on the filtration pack selected, allowing the system to address water concerns such as chlorine, chloramines, VOCs, lead, heavy metals and other contaminants based on your needs.

Stage 3 — PFOS-Focused Final Stage
A dedicated final filtration stage adds another layer of protection before water enters your home’s plumbing.

Smart System Benefits

Optional smart monitoring gives you greater visibility into your system, including flow, filter life and maintenance timing.

Homeowners who want a more hands-off maintenance experience can also enroll in the optional Delta Plan through the app.

The Delta Plan includes benefits such as:

What does this system filter?

Every configuration uses a three-stage filtration platform that begins with sediment protection and ends with a PFOS-focused final stage.

The middle filtration stage changes based on the pack selected and may target concerns including chlorine, chloramines, VOCs, lead, pesticides, industrial chemicals, and certain heavy metals.

Does this filter all the water in my home?

Yes. The system installs at your home’s main incoming water line and filters water before it reaches your showers, faucets, kitchen, laundry, and water-using appliances.

Is the smart app required to use the system?

No. The filtration system can operate without the app.

Smart monitoring is optional and adds the ability to track flow, filter life, system status, and maintenance more proactively.

What is the Delta Plan?

The Delta Plan is an optional $55/month subscription available through the smart monitoring platform. It includes replacement filter shipments when they’re due, replacement-filter shipping, water-quality reports and alerts, replacement batteries, and additional maintenance support.

You do not need the Delta Plan to use the filtration system.

How often do the filters need to be replaced?

Filter life depends on your household water use and water quality.

Many homes may replace filters around every six months, but actual replacement timing can vary. With smart monitoring enabled, the system can help track filter life based on usage rather than relying solely on a fixed calendar.

Does this system require professional installation?

We strongly recommend installation by a licensed plumber because the system connects directly to your home’s main incoming water line.

Professional installation helps ensure proper connections, flow, pressure, and leak prevention.

What are the plumbing requirements?

The system uses 1-inch NPT inlet and outlet connections and is designed for water pressure up to 110 PSI.

It is vertically wall-mounted and requires approximately 10–12 inches of service clearance beneath the unit for filter changes.

Will this work with both city water and well water?

Yes, but the appropriate filtration pack depends on your water source and specific water concerns.
