In the Heavy Metals Defense configuration, this catalytic carbon base is enhanced with KDF-85 media and advanced metal-reduction technology designed to target contaminants commonly associated with aging infrastructure and groundwater sources.

This stage focuses on fine-particle filtration and heavy metal reduction while maintaining high-flow performance, making it particularly effective for homes where lead, copper, or legacy plumbing materials may be a concern.

Yes. This system is installed at the main incoming water line, so it is designed to treat water throughout the home rather than at just one faucet or shower. That means coverage for showers, sinks, laundry, and appliances connected to your home’s water supply

No. The smart monitoring component is optional. The system can still function as a whole-home filtration system without the app, but the app adds extra visibility and convenience by helping monitor filter life, maintenance timing, and local water-quality insights.

The Delta Plan is an optional in-app subscription. It currently costs $55 per month and includes unlimited replacement filters, free shipping on those replacements, monthly water reports, alerts when filters need to be changed, and updates if contamination trends in your municipality change.
