The AF-10-3232 is a pH correction filter cartridge designed to neutralize acidic water and reduce the risk of corrosion in plumbing systems. It contains an optimized 50/50 blend of: Calcite (Calcium Carbonate) – gradually dissolves to raise pH. Corosex (Magnesium Oxide) – a faster-acting media that boosts pH more aggressively in low-pH conditions. This blend allows for more stable and sustained pH correction across a broader range of water conditions, making it ideal for private wells, older plumbing, or homes with blue-green staining from copper corrosion.
