Returns Policy

We will gladly accept returns for exchange or against future purchases if we are notified within 10 calendar days of delivery. We will not and can not accept returns on used shower heads, shower filters or any product that uses a filter. In other words if water passes through it we cannot take it back. If it is defective we will exchange it.

In order to expedite your return please complete the following steps:

  • Obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) by calling 1-623-266-7409. We cannot accept returns without an RGA.
  • Return all products in the original packaging. You must include with the return all manuals, accessories and parts to obtaincredit. Following receipt of the merchandise a replacement will be shipped or we will credit your account to use for future purchases. We will not issue credit to a credit card. Collect shipments are not accepted.
  • Ship to the address instructed. Shipping to any other address will delay or prevent the processing of your return. An additional handling charge will be incurred if you ship to any other address than instructed.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Item must be returned in new, resalable condition. A restocking fee of 25% to 50% will apply to all returns. After 30 days we are unable to accept any return.

Toilet seats are not returnable

Please be sure of the size and color before you order. All of our toilet seats are 16½”. Only four models are made elongated 18½”. We cannot make any special sizes or colors. If it is not listed it is not made. Included with the toilet seat is a parts bag. Please look into the box for it. PLEASE UNDERSTAND. WE CANNOT TAKE BACK A TOILET SEAT FOR ANY REASON. We will replace or repair any defective toilet seat.

Dear customer,

We are extremely sorry you have changed your mind regarding the product you have purchased. Our normal policy is no returns on water filters unless it is in a sealed package.

Please see our return policy. If it is scratched, damaged, used in any way a credit will not be issued The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges as posted on both our web site and receipt.

Restocking charges could be added after the merchandise is inspected. Appropriate credit will then be issued. No handling charges will occur as long as both items are resalable.
